    Well, Yahoo360 has all that, it’s free and there’s probably a link somewhere on this page. The only thing I didn’t really like about it is that you have to use Flickr if you want to share pictures in the gallery on the main page. (If you want to post a pictures on your blog page, you can upload it from you computer.)

    It’s still in beta, so there’s a few bugs.
