Bloody ebay scammer!!! She should just go straight to jail. It’s people like HER that are making the world a worst place for everyone, because she is breeding more thieves into this world.

@fudgecool The plaintiffs supply a copy of the ebay auction which the defendant confirms she submitted, and it specifies the weight and dimensions of the phone, not a picture of a phone.
No doubt it was a scam, but the description seems to be of the phone, not the item. I know its entertainment, but ‘Judge’ Judy is very unprofessional, automatically siding with the mum and daughter, assuming that their there accusations are completely true and not actually looking at the legal side to the case. Even if she is a coward, scammer etc., IF it was stated that the auction was for the pictures, then surely the defendant was legally in the right?

just to quote the people above me, she clearly states the ‘item that is being bid on’ is 4.8 oz. You would have to be really dumb to side with the defendant on this one. Seriously dumb. If you think and believe at all that this is reasonable, then I pray to god that you are scammed to all hell by one, and have no defence. karma and peace out.

In the description if the item is was described as 4.8oz. a picture of a phone doesnt weigh 4.8oz.. Scam, pure and simple.

The fatty is looking for flaws in the justice system and she tries to exploit them at the cost of innocent people.
I can come up with 200 of those flaws and I could make a living from each of them, but some of them are so obvious that anybody who can read between the lines will obect and stop me. This case can’t be handled based on facts. The intention of peoples acts has to be judged to come to a conclusion and that as a subjective aspect.

Court is about blind justice. Technically that lady placed a bid on a picture, yet judy didn’t even bother trying to see that angle, and instead desided to insult the lady and her husband for 8ish mins based on nothing but speculation. that fatty did not get a fair trial. She’s a scammer but if she’s playing within the rules it doesnt matter. Tho in this trial the scammer made many mistakes and deserved to lose, but she barely got a chance to speak let alone argue her case, which is wrong

She has a lot of heart indeed but she always makes the right decision and that is where it’s all about. Betrayers get punished. There is a subjective aspect in any case and you can’t exclude that no matter how technical you want to approach this

You are wrong. In these trials you do not need to prove it beyond a reasonable doubt. Rather, the judge has to believe in the defendant’s guilt more so than his/her innocence. Has to be 51% certain.

It’s a scam, TRUE. But judge Judy acts more on feelings and instincts then EVIDENCE, which is 100% wrong. I don’t believe what I saw above was a fair trial, I’d have challenged her ruling with a different, unbias judge.
She’s a fat skank who will have her children grow up to be just as shitty as she is.

@videoWatchersss, have you ever bought or sold on eBay? there are also very strict rules! They need to read everything, esp. the small print. If not, you can end up in court, and more than once!
