Paypals and credit cards are the electronic alternatives to the traditional money transaction methods such as money orders or cheques. The transference of money becomes easy as paypal is operating in various countries and there are nominal charges associated with paypal accounts. Credit cards can be used anywhere around the world and on outlets where these are acceptable.

Paypal is no more than a safety layer between the customer and the seller. One is not exposed to credit cards while purchasing via paypal. Paypal is the service provider which is acting on the behalf of the customer.

What actually is Paypal?

Paypal is an ecommerce site; it is an integrated online payment solution for making business transactions. Paypal serves as an alternative to the traditional modes of payment such as checks and money orders.

Paypal is accepted in almost every website online, due to it’s secure payment structure most merchant and web surfers prefer it over the other online payment solutions like credit/debit cards, alertpay, egold, liberty reserve, ebullion, etc…

Everybody is going paypal crazy these days! I mean everyone just want to integrate that paypal button into their site, to some it’s a sign of security especially when their clients want to place an order.

With paypal you are at least sure that your funds won’t get into the hands of hackers when doing transactions online whether you are paying or receiving money online. It is the safest form of payment online now! It is the “in thing”.

Why is paypal preferred above the others?

This is probably because paypal has the safest, secure and advanced technology which makes it difficult for hackers to break in their servers. This is probably what the other payment solutions don’t have.

They do these by tracking IP addresses of their clients’ everytime! Everywhere! Placing restrictions on some countries popularly known for scams from using their services, etc…

It is these strict and daunting but yet controversial position that makes it the best choice of the “online world”. That is why hackers can’t mess around with them due to their strict measures put in place. This is what others don’t have!

Judging from these, you will discover that paypal is definitely not for all “tom, dick and harry” as the popular saying goes. It is for a few people who can abide by the rules, play by the rules, live by the rules. You know what I mean isn’t it?

It has been a long time since I used paypal, and the reason is, is because a few years ago I was making a killing on ebay selling my items and making lots of money. About 2 years later around 2008 I got a dreded email from paypal telling me my account had been limited due to suspicious activity. I emailed them over and over asking them why and all I got was robotic type email responces so I called paypal to talk to a representive to find out why exactly my account was limited or suspended indefinintly. They told me over the phone that they needed more information on where I got my items to sell, who was my suplier and wanted me to jump through more hoops to prove who I was. At the time I didn’t realize that the motive of Paypal at that point was to gather as much information off me as possible so they could make sure I never come back and use their system. This is the biggest mistake people can make to give up their loads of information to this company. If you do, they will most certenly prevent you from opening any other type of Paypal account. This would be against any Privacy Policy in my book and even banks don’t do this to people.

I went round and round with them on the phone about my account, and all they could tell me was they didn’t want to do business with me anymore. All I was selling on ebay was electronic components PCB boards so I was not selling anything illigal or outside of their TOS. I think the fact that I was making over 32k a year with them bothered them in some way and so they decided “like monkeys” to throw the dart at the wall and nail me.

I then decided never to promot or give paypal another good word out of my mouth, so I founded the website Paypal Blows and decided to use it as a tool to let others know about the things that were happening with Paypal users. We are a blog that lists complains about Paypal and we also provide videos that have been posted on youtube about the subject.

Now recently there has been a sworm of people on adult forums that have been using paypal fraudulently or outside the Paypal TOS, I decided to go after these people to get their PP accounts closed by sending Paypal an AUP or Complaince notice to let them know these people were selling adult goods and services through adult webmaster forums, which is clearly against the Paypal Terms of Service. We have gotten many PP accounts closed by doing this so I urge everyone to visit our site and watch our video on how it’s done so that you can also do it. The more accounts that get closed to more PP loses money, and PP actually likes this as you’ll hear stated in the video, because they do not want to do business with people abusing their TOS. The video posted at PaypalBlows.org will show you how to effectivley disrupt the fraudulent adult users by getting their accounts limited.

Paypal is a bad company to deal with. Please make sure your willing to lose or tie up your money before you sign up and use such a rotten service.

Beware Of Paypal Account Phishing

Phishing is a someone else’s PayPal account theft. “Phishing” is derived from the word “fishing” means. In this account thieves take advantage of lax victim provoked by the questions in order to steal personal data of victims, such as passwords or credit card numbers.
How it can happen and how overcoming it?
Here we will review this case

stolen PayPal accounts generally is a result of phishing activity or theft of personal data owner, it’s rarely occur the theft by using cracking through the script, because PayPal’s defense is very strong by using encryption technology, secure SSL login 128-bit has been approved by the international data security standards “VeriSign Identity Protection”.

Here are some possibilities that cause your account stolen:

1. You receive an email with a request to reset your password and security question, and demand for old password and security question with claiming that your account is being limited with the threat that your account will be closed.

BE CAREFUL: PayPal never do that. Email from PayPal will never ask for personal data or passwords via email.

2. You receive an email (as if) from PayPal with a particular attachment and you are asked to open.

BE CAREFUL: PayPal NEVER send an email with attachment, so do not take with this type of email, because it may contain viruses or spy programs (spy).

3. You receive an email that asked to write the credit card number and asked to send to a specific email.

CAUTION: NEVER ask for PayPal credit card number via email, and never give credit card numbers to any email or write arbitrary, because only by using the CC account number you can be stolen.

4. There is a keylogger or a registrar of typing when you log in through a shared computer, eg in cafes, school, college or office.

CAUTION: Always use a virtual keyboard when you log into your PayPal account in a public place.

5. Fraud with an invitation mode for a PayPal account hacking other people using a particular scripts along with PayPal e-mail with your password and should be sent to an email that seemed to belong to PayPal.

BE CAREFUL: PayPal Account others are not so easily uprooted by sending an email to a particular scripts. Such an invitation is usually only a ruse to steal PayPal email and password, which contains a script email, account and password are actually sent to the email thieves.

CAUTION: PayPal did NOT using mailerbot YAHOO, GMAIL or Hotmail or other mailerbot, PayPal has mailerbot encrypted so can not be known to anyone. Invitation to access mailerbot is 100% fraud and theft of your PayPal account!

What if your PayPal account has already been stolen?

The only way of solution is contact PayPal Customer Service and report the illegal transaction as “Unauthorized ACCESS” or “Unauthorized PAYMENT”. PayPal fully supports efforts to combat phishing, fraud and carding.

Always be careful and do not be tempted to do anything unlawful, then the your PayPal account you will be SAFE

PayPal has a very strong protection to protect its customers. But there are still many efforts from hackers and crackers to access PayPal account forcedly. On the PayPal website reported that lately PayPal customers receive a suspicious email. Mentioned that the email was not from PayPal and responding to email is very dangerous for paypal account holder.

Besides the strict protection of the identity of PayPal, you also have to protect your own account.

These are tips for your PayPal Account Security:

1. Safe Login: To log into your account, or access the PayPal website, open a new web browser (eg : Internet Explorer, Mozilla Firefox or Opera and type the address with the prefix https PayPal -> https: / / www.paypal.com. Get used to use virtual keyboard when you trade in a public place (eg internet cafe) and make sure you have logged out before leaving the computer.

2. Greeting Posted: email from PayPal will address the PERSONAL OF YOURSELF, with your name or your company name listed in the PayPal account. Email fraud (cracker) will greet you with the prefix “Dear PayPal User” or “Deal PayPal Member”. Not clear who the “user” destination.

4. Request for Personal Information: When PayPal asks you to send detailed information (other than your name and e-mail), PayPal will send you an email and sent after you make the secure login at PayPal Account.

Personal information that must be kept secret is: the account password, credit card numbers, PIN numbers, ID card number, and birth of mothers’s first name.

Personal information which could be shared areemail and the account owner’s name for purposes of transfer of funds between the owner of a PayPal account.
